Limited supply

Due to the extreme limited availability of Australian Diamond stock, not all exact requests can be matched, however we will do our best to give you the best alternative.

Shipping

We can ship for viewing to anywhere in Australia provided we have a completed credit application on file with approved trade credit references (see Credit application PDF in this website).

Due to the high cost of shipping overseas, goods for viewing for countries other than Australia are by prior arrangement with management only.

Consignment

We will provide you with a consignment memo advice that must be signed and faxed or scanned to us on receipt of the goods. The consignment memo contains all the legal terms and conditions of trade, including insurance responsibilities, and also appears in this site (terms and conditions) for your convenience.

Memo goods are valid for a period of 7 days only, unless extension by prior arrangement. Whilst every intention is to provide you with adequate time for your customers to view goods, we reserve the right to recall goods as deemed necessary.

Goods will be sent to our customers free of charge, but our customers are responsible for the payment of their return to us. Please mark all return goods to Inspira only, and package or box goods appropriately.

Diamond Certification

Original diamond certificates will be provided to you on confirmation of sale. Photocopies of these originals will accompany the goods. This is to protect these valuable documents from handling and loss. Where appropriate copies of the guarantee certificates will also be provided on confirmation of sale.

Origin guarantees contain a unique 3 point check to safeguard copyright and duplication issues. You should discuss with your sales Executive how to check that the certificates are original documents.

Time to Process

Most orders can be processed that day if received by 3pm Perth time, and posted for overnight delivery, but please note deliveries to country towns and outer-lying suburbs can increase delivery time by days.

Unless absolutely necessary goods will not be shipped on a Friday, to ensure safety of the goods over the weekend.

Price

Our final agreed price will appear on the credit memo documents accompanying the goods, and will include : Goods, plus transport delivery and insurance, certification if discussed, plus customs duties and taxes. All prices are subject to GST being added.

Please note diamond prices are subject to variations in demand and dollar exchange rates, a quote is valid only for 7 days only, after from the date it is given.

GST

Compliance to the Australian Federal Government goods and services tax will be calculated and marked on your memo document. Your invoice will separate the amounts as per government regulations and for your tax purposes.

International customs duties and clearance

As our goods are purchased overseas they will be subject to International customs and duties. These will be included in your final price and invoice. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by International customs clearance.

Pre-payment/Advance and Finance conditions

Inspira's normal trade terms are strictly 30 days. After which you should expect a friendly reminder or phonecall should the account not be paid. Inspira reserves the right to withhold future goods shipment until pending accounts have been cleared.

Consignment goods

Some, but not all, goods can be ordered for pre-viewing only with our sales staff. You should read the section Terms and conditions of Credit memo so that you understand our Credit Memo policy.

Insurance

All goods are covered by our insurance until the point you receive and sign for the delivery of the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are in your care.

Kimberly Process Agreement and compliance with Conflict free diamond regulations.

In compliance with the Kimberly Process Agreement and World Diamond Council Recommendations our invoices contain the following guarantee:The diamonds invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.

 

Guarantee and Returns

Whilst we do everything to ensure the goods we forward to you are to your own specifications, there may be circumstances where the goods are not to your full satisfaction. To demonstrate our commitment to your complete satisfaction and confidence, we offer a money-back guarantee under the following terms and conditions:

Written notification, stating the valid reasons your satisfaction has not been met.

Must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery.

The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery of the goods, at your cost

All goods must be returned to us in an original packaging and Undamaged condition, (with certificates if applicable and in sealed boxes if applicable) With understanding that we will take steps necessary to determine these were the original goods supplied as per the invoice, and no refund will be payable until this is established.

The guarantee is invalid if any of these conditions are not met. Any monies to be paid to you will be refunded to you by bank transfer only.

Transport & Delivery

Whilst we forward our goods using reliable, fully insured transportation we cannot be held responsible for delays, or loss of business or custom due to delivery delays. We take pride in being able to deliver our diamonds directly to you.
